This Meditation is meant to accompany a 12 week series on Releasing Fear. In this series you will begin to have a greater understanding of how fear works in our life, coloring our thoughts, beliefs, feelings, emotions and actions, as well as, what we create and draw to us. I hope you enjoy this series available until 4/25. This is a meditation that you will want to practice on occasion to clear your energy and induce healing.
