The Center for Awareness and Transformational Spirituality was founded in 2005 by Rev. S. Reynolds, DVM. C.A.T.S is a teaching and healing ministry dedicated to the awakening love and wisdom of humanity.
Reverend S. Reynolds DVM
I graduated from the University of Florida, School of Veterinary Medicine, in 1984. It had been my dream to either be a psychologist or a veterinarian. I actually started my college career in the psychology department at Michigan State after being dissuaded by my counselor as to the difficulty and commitment of veterinary medicine. When I hit genetics, it was my love for science that finally won me over and I knew that medicine was my course for the first part of my life. In 2000, I received my Masters in Reiki. In 2004, I received my board certification as a tcvm veterinary acupuncturist. I left traditional practice in 2005 to open a healing practice called CATS. I focused my attention on energy healing in people and pets, while finishing my degree in seminary.
In 1995, a wife and mother of 4, I had an experiential dream. I was being told about an event to come by an angelic being and my sense was that I needed to be brave, but everything would be ok. The light, love and sensation of warmth was an experience beyond words. Six months later, I diagnosed my 8 year old with juvenile diabetes. I knew in that moment, the angel had come to prepare me. Today, I am proud to say she is a beautiful and spiritual young woman. Of course, all of my children are amazing individuals.
I have always been very intuitive and have experienced occasions of strong physic awareness from the time I was young, as had my mother. I believe this is a natural sense of all human beings, but we must choose to develop it. In 1998 I was told by spirit that I was going to be a minister. I laughed a bit at the time, as I was strongly involved in veterinary practice with 4 children! I was led to Inner Quest later that year. A year later, I discovered that Rev. Cindy Fuller was a seminary teacher. I began an intensive 7 year seminary program and was ordained a minister in Metaphysical Christianity in 2007.
My dream is to share the gifts that I have so graciously been given as a Metaphysical Spiritual Teacher, Counselor, Energy Healer, Reiki Master and Intuitive to inspire others through the practice of Self Development and Meditation on their path of growth and realization.
I would like to thank my wonderful husband of 40 years for all the support he has given me on my path, my mother, a beautiful light in my life, as well as my children, love beyond words. A special thanks to my teacher, Rev. Cindy Fuller, a true Master Soul who helped me to remember and to grow. To all of my fabulous students, I would like to thank you for the gift of allowing me to watch you grow and become the beautiful lights you are. You have been my teachers and my spiritual family.
